CRC

The Community Review Committee (CRC) has annually addressed a specific topic with the goal of advising the District 39 Board of Education on how to improve the teaching, learning or management aspects of D39. CRC members are parents, administrators, teachers and citizens. The CRC develops recommendations that are presented to the Board of Education in June.  By late summer, the Superintendent of Schools provides recommendations based upon the presentation. Early in the following school year, the Board decides how to proceed.  Recent topics include: Social Responsibility (CONNECTED), 21st Century Learning and Green Schools.
