Stock the Teacher’s Lounge

Thank you for supporting the STOCK THE TEACHERS LOUNGE initiative at Harper Elementary School for the 2023/2024 school year. Each month has been assigned to a specific grade.

Please keep in mind that there are 65 teachers / staff members at Harper when purchasing items. The Lounge is stocked on the first Monday of the month. 

Reminder: individually packaged / bottled contributions can be dropped off at the front of Harper or shipped!  Please ship to ATTN: TEACHERS LOUNGE.

Make a Payment to the Harper PTO via Paypal

  1. Click Send & Request at the top of the paypal.com home page.
  2. Enter paypal@harperpto.com click Next.
  3. Enter the amount, choose the currency, add a note specifying what the payment is for (hoedown, chorus, ignite, etc) and click Continue.
  4. Select “Paying for an item or service
  5. Select how you want to pay and click Next.
  6. Review the information and click Send Payment Now.

Cafeteria Duty

The cafeteria staff counts on parent volunteers to help serve lunch on a daily basis. Without the parents, the staff would not be able to prep, cook, serve, monitor the line and clean up. The PTO has come up with a way to help them out, by providing parent volunteers to help serve and monitor the lines. It’s a fun way to see your children in their own environment and become familiar with the new friends they have made at Harper. Volunteer slots do fill up so sign up early and often!

The cafeteria duty shift begins at 11:20am and ends at 12:45pm.

If you are unable to fulfill your commitment, please seek out your replacement by asking a friend or posting on the parents Facebook page. The sign up genius must be updated to reflect the accurate names of volunteers for security purposes. Thanks in advance!
