Membership and Directory
This year, Harper PTO will continue to offer an online school directory through Membership Toolkit. In late August, prior to the first day of school, all families should receive an email from notify@membershiptoolkit.com with registration instructions. All District 39 schools are using Membership Toolkit; therefore, you will receive emails with instructions from each school where you have a child attending. If you do not receive an email, please contact the Membership Committee at directoryandmembership@
You will need to verify your family and student information in order to join the Harper PTO. Your PTO membership includes access to the online Harper directory so you can gain digital access to student data, parent data, and class lists. You will also be able to make a donation to the Harper iGNITE Fund, purchase birthday books, and contribute to Teacher/Staff Gifts through the Membership Toolkit Store. The Membership Toolkit application will sit locally on your smart phone where you can toggle between all D39 directories that your child(ren) attend. You will also be able to access the directory information via our dedicated Membership Toolkit website on a laptop or desktop computer or other mobile device.
The Membership Toolkit directory is an online listing of all the students in Harper, including phone and address information as well as classroom information. Class lists and teacher/staff contact information is included as well. Harper PTO Membership dues ($25) are collected at the beginning of the school year and include access to this online directory via computer or smartphone. Paper copies can be ordered for a $5 fee. PTO membership dues are per FAMILY, not per child. Membership dues are used to support the various programs our Harper PTO sponsors. Becoming a PTO member is the only way to gain access to the online Harper directory via Membership Toolkit.

Birthday Books
Don’t miss this opportunity to add a little something extra to your child’s birthday celebration this year!
With the purchase of a birthday book, your child will receive a special invitation to visit the library during their birthday month to pick out an extra special birthday book for check-out. They will also receive other fun surprises including a personalized bookplate inside the book to show everyone that your child has added this special book to the Harper library.
After their time with the book, they will return it as a donation to the Harper library. The average cost of a new library book is $20.
Alternatively, you can make a donation to the Harper iGNITE Fund, purchase birthday books, and contribute to Teacher/Staff Gifts through the Membership Toolkit Store.
